Tulips, roses, carnations, hyacinths, magnolia, and many others have a special place in Turkish culture. The floral artistic style is dated since the middle of the 16th century during the Ottoman Empire. Many different techniques and styles have been developing over the centuries.
Handmade and hand-painted Turkish plate which is made from ceramic clay. Each piece is shaped, painted, and glazed entirely by hand, creating a gorgeous unique feel with no two pieces exactly the same. The glaze has a beautiful finish with some raised patterns & a beautiful depth of mixed colors. Each piece will look different which makes Turkish plates unique!
