Your Deliveries During Covid-19
We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure parcels arrive in the safest way possible. This includes drivers conducting contactless deliveries and ensuring they have access to hand sanitiser, using protective gloves and are adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by local government and health authorities. Please note that Australia Post and other courier companies are currently experiencing significant delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes. You can track your delivery through our order confirmation emails or the carrier's website. You can also email us so, we can assist you in this regard as well.

We want to make your online shopping experience as quick and easy as possible. So we've devised a range of delivery options to ensure convenience and choice.
1-) Australia Post Mail
Generally, shipments for 2 or less small sized Keyrings, Bracelets items will be offered Australia Post Mail as a Standard Delivery option at check-out. This cost-effective delivery option is an untracked service offered for per unit. Estimated delivery times vary between 2-6 business days depending on where you are located.
2-) Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery for parcels are mostly shipped with Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers on a tracked service.
While the general timeframe for this delivery service is 2-4 business days, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time frame based on your specific order in the check-out. The price of the Standard Delivery will vary based on the product(s). It is usually between $5 to $7.50 depending on where you live.
Standard Delivery to Parcel Lockers, PO Box, GPO, Locked Bag or RMB addresses will be shipped with Australia Post E-Parcel on a tracked service. You will be quoted a delivery cost for Standard Shipping and will be provided with an estimated delivery time for this service in the check-out.
3-) Express Shipping
Express Delivery is calculated based on the size of the packaging required and the number of shipments. Starting from $5 to $9.95 per shipment. The charge of this shipment is then allocated to the products in the shipment per their cubic volume (size). The general timeframe for this delivery service is 1-3 business days.
4-) Courier Delivery
''The next day courier delivery guarantee'' option is also available in Sydney metro areas. The charge of this shipment is then allocated to the products in the shipment per their cubic volume (size). This service generally costs between $10 to $15 depending on the area.
5-) Scheduled Delivery
Scheduled Delivery is calculated based on a charge per shipment, including delivery size and the origin/destination. The charge of this shipment is then allocated to the products in the shipment per their cubic volume (size).
As a general rule, Sydney Metro deliveries are usually 1 working day (overnight service), Canberra deliveries usually 2 working days, Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne around 2-3 working days, Perth and Darwin around 3-4 working days and rural deliveries around 6 working days via standard postage service.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver by the estimated timeframe, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with transport partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. We can’t be held liable for loss or damage resulting from late delivery but we will do our best to help you in these circumstances.
We usually notify you of the status of your order within 24hrs (next business day), to let you know how your order is progressing, or when it has been shipped. In cases where we have run out of a particular item, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible to discuss your order if we cannot dispatch the item to you within 3 days.
If your order is sent by regular and express service or via courier, you will receive email about your delivery details as long as your email address is notified to us including an estimated delivery time frame and consignment number, so you can track your delivery online.
You will be provided an estimated arrival date so you know approximately when to expect it.
There are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of the control of our delivery partners can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavors, so we do ask for your patience and cooperation in these circumstances.
Sending orders to a Parcel Locker, PO Box, GPO, Locked Bag or RMB addresses
There are some special considerations that need to be taken into account when sending orders to Parcel Locker, PO Box, GPO, Locked Bag or RMB address types.
- Size: Parcels cannot be larger than 39 x 36 x 64cm and/or heavier than 16kg
- Carrier: All parcels to the above address types will be consigned on Australia Post E-Parcel.
Please note: Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer for these address types.
For customers living in regional or remote locations or on islands off mainland Australia, please be aware that shipping restrictions do apply for selected items where we are unable to provide the courier service requirements.
These restrictions will be made visible at the check-out, where an error message will appear at check-out to advise that the item(s) in your cart are not eligible to be shipped to that address.
Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.
